Labor Plus Program

The Labor Plus Program allows you to regain your profits on all O.E.M. warranty parts in excess of one year plus your normal labor. No longer will you do a repair for labor only while the manufacturer gives the consumer the part for free after the first year.

All new residential HVAC equipment that the manufacturer provides parts warranty in excess of one year is eligible for the Labor Plus Program. The additional converge includes the standard parts mark-up on the contractor cost of the replacement part plus labor.

Simply remember that the Labor Plus Program begins on the 91st day through the 5th year for labor and 2nd through 5th year on parts or as it applies to the 6, 8, or 10 year contract. Excluded on the additional profit are compressor and heat exchangers.
